Members and guests will be admitted to the Members’ areas of the Club during normal hours of admission. Normal admission times on opening days: The Club opens at 8.00 p.m. and closes at 1.30 a.m. The Company may decide that on certain days during the low season Members may not be admitted to the Club areas due to its exclusive use by private hire by another Member, or for any other reason that appears to the Company to justify temporary closure.
To ensure access to the Club at all times of the year, all Members are advised to make a reservation in advance. All dining reservations must be made through the Club. Once a reservation has been made, cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the reservation, and failure to cancel or late cancellation may incur a penalty of €50.00 per person.
All bookings and cancellations for Club events, private parties and corporate events must be made through the Club. Places for Club events will only be reserved or issued after receipt of a 100% guarantee and a 50% prepayment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Refunds for events, private parties and corporate events booked by any Member shall be governed by the relevant contract between that Member and the Club. In the event that such contract does not contain any provision in relation to refunds, refunds will only be made if the cancellation is received by the Club at least 1 week prior to the relevant event.
No individual under the age of 18 years shall be admitted to the Club unless:
(i) prior permission is obtained from the Club;
(ii) it is on a weekend or public holiday between the hours of 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.;
(iii) the minor is accompanied by a Member who is of legal age and has legal representation of the minor.
Coats, umbrellas, briefcases, large wallets, parcels and bags must be left in the cloakroom without exception. Please note that the Company and/or the Club is not liable for theft, loss or damage to money or property belonging to Subscribers or their guests (if any) brought into the Club, even if the goods are kept in the lockers provided.
No food or drink shall be consumed in the Club unless purchased from the Club, unless otherwise agreed with the Club.
There will be a charge on each bottle of wine or liquor brought into the Club by the Member for consumption on the premises. No Member or guest may bring alcohol onto the premises without prior written permission from the Secretary.
Members, guests and any other person must be appropriately dressed at all times.

The dress code requires adherence to the Club’s usual code of smart casual clothing. Trainers, T-shirts and jeans are permitted as long as they are not torn or scruffy, while caps and hats are not permitted.
Non-prescription drugs are not permitted on Club premises at any time. The consumption, possession and/or distribution of illegal substances by any means is strictly prohibited. Any Member or guest found or suspected of being in possession of such substances will be expelled and reported to the police. Any Member found guilty of or suspected of consuming or bringing illegal substances onto the Club premises, or whose guest is found guilty or suspected of being guilty of such acts, will be expelled immediately, and it is within the right of the Company to terminate the membership with immediate effect.
No illegal wagering, betting or dice playing shall take place on the Club premises, nor shall any game of chance or gambling be played.
Members may introduce guests who have reached the age of 18 years. A Member may entertain up to a maximum of 1 or 3 guests according to the contract entered into, subject to prior notice to the Club. If a Member wishes to introduce more guests, prior arrangement must be made with the Club.
Guests may only be admitted accompanied by a subscribing Member. Each guest must be registered by the host Member. Guests arriving at the Club in advance of the host Member will be asked to wait in the front lobby or an area designated by the Club/reception staff until the Member arrives to register them. If a Member, at the sole discretion of the Secretary’s office, makes excessive use of the Club, the staff of the Secretary’s office may restrict the entry of guests.
The following shall not be admitted as guests at any time:
(i) former members whose membership has terminated due to reasons attributable to the member;
(ii) those who have been expelled or asked to resign;
(iii) guests who have been previously removed from the Club.
Guests must provide a valid identity document to the manager on duty. Under no circumstances will admittance to the Club be granted without prior registration.
Intoxicating liquor may be supplied to members and their guests for consumption on the premises.
Consumption of alcohol will be permitted during the general licence hours in force, subject to such extensions as may be available to the Club.
No person under the age of 18 years will be supplied with wine or spirits by the Club except in accordance with applicable licensing laws.
Mobile devices must be set to silent, meeting or vibrate mode at all times.
Members or their guests causing a nuisance in this way will have their equipment confiscated and may be asked to leave the Club.
In consideration of the Club’s neighbours, members are expected to leave the premises quietly at all times and to ensure the quiet departure of guests. There is a curfew of 1.30 a.m. on the terrace before which all Members and their guests must avoid making loud noises so as not to disturb the public peace.
There is a strict 11 p.m. curfew in all the outdoor areas. Any noise audible from the balconies that may be considered a disturbance to the Club’s neighbours will be dealt with by management and the full co-operation of the Member is requested.
Photography and filming is not permitted in the Club. Please respect the privacy of others, and ensure that no photographs or footage of the Club, staff or other members are posted on social media, without the prior written consent of the Company.
Photography and social media may be permitted at private events by prior written agreement with the Company. In any event, the Company cannot be held responsible for the publication of photographs or films by Members or their guests and reserves the right to take any action to protect its rights.
The Company and the Club accept no responsibility for mail received or delivered at the Club’s premises. Letters and parcels will not be forwarded to a Member’s private address or any other address.
The Club’s Privacy Policy, available at www.vipclubcortina.it, sets out the terms on which the Club processes personal data of Members (or their guests), or which Members (or their guests) provide to the Club or the Company. The Club respects the privacy of its Members and their guests and requires every Member and their guests to do likewise. The Club has a strict “no press” policy.
Members and their guests may not disclose, publish, identify or discuss, in any form or medium (including on any social media, networking or other platform), any matter or event relating to any other Member or their guests, or relating to any private event or event for Members held or organised by the Club, or which has been seen or heard in any part of the Club (including the nightclub or other areas or facilities), without the express written consent of both the Company and the Members and other persons concerned in each case. The identity of Members and their guests is strictly confidential.
Members and their guests must refrain from identifying any Member or their guests without the express prior written consent of both the Company and the Members and other persons concerned in each case.
Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Club or in bedrooms except as indicated by the Club.
Smoking may be permitted in the designated outdoor area.
The use of electronic cigarettes or similar is not permitted within the Club.
